Ultimate Frisbee Club Get-Together
A get-together for students to play 2 games of recreational ultimate frisbee. At this event students will be required to follow the following COVID Rules
All meetings will be outside until further notice.Do NOT attend any Ultimate Frisbee Club event if you are feeling ill, have any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, have been in contact with someone who actively has COVID-19, or in the past 14 days have been to a state on the Pennsylvania travel quarantine lest.In order to attend an Ultimate Frisbee Club event this year, you are required to sign an updated waiver form. (Waiver forms will be available at every meeting.)You will be required to sign in at all Ultimate Frisbee Club events and provide information for contact tracing in the event that someone at the meeting tests positive COVID-19. (The club will not use the information you provide for any purposes beyond submitting it to DeSales for potential contact tracing.)All frisbees will be sanitized before and after every meeting. Personal frisbees may only be used if they are sanitized at the start of the meeting and in the presence of a club officer.You are required to wear a university approved face mask in the proper manner at all times.If attendance is too high, the club will split into 2 groups which will not intermingle during that weeks meetings.You are required to maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between yourself and other attendees whenever you are not actively playing in a game of ultimate frisbee.Physical contact of any kind (even during games) is forbidden. Attendees must be mindful to avoid even incidental contact whenever possible. Due to the player-refereed nature of the sport, attendees are encouraged to be more diligent in calling fouls should they occur.While celebrating your awesome plays is encouraged, you must refrain from celebrations which include physical contact with another attendee. (i.e. high-5s, chest-bumps, hugs, etc.)You must bring your own water.You cannot have any open food at a club meeting.In the event of inclement weather, the club will conduct a poll to select an alternate date and time to make up the week's meeting.Additional modifications to the rules of play may occur to further facilitate safety.Repeated blatant disregard for safety protocols may result in an attendee being ejected from a meeting*All rules are subject to modification at the discretion of DeSales University.
